Autopsy – Cocaine Killed TV Pitchman Billy Mays.

Mays’ cause of death was was initially considered open and shut - Heart diease. However, a recent autopsy indicated that cocaine may have contributed to the pitchman’s death. A toxicology test uncovered the drug in his system. Officials said, the amounts found in his system gives indication that he used just days before his heart attack.
The school of thought, is that the cocaine used only served to aggrevate his heart condition ultimately killing him. There is a great divide among popular opinion, many feel that since cocaine is washed out of the system within 24 -hours it could have not caused the heart attack., in order for this to have happened – he must have used cocaine that very day.
